It is relatively difficult to differentiate between heart attack and other types of diseases. Some people may have different ideas about occurrence of heart attack and its symptoms. These upper areas include arms, back, neck, jaw and stomach. Intense pain in stomach is another sign of heart attack that can be misinterpreted sometimes. Shortness of breath is the thing that most often appears during a heart attack. It can appear with chest discomfort or before the occurrence of chest discomfort. There are some other symptoms of heart attack, as well. For example, heart attack may bring cold sweat, nausea and light headedness in an individual.
Now, you can see that all these symptoms are general in nature. One cannot predict whether it is actually a heart attack or something else.
